PVC Washout

Our PVC washout is a cost-effective, portable, and extremely durable washout solution for large applications. It is more weather tolerant and has greater capacity than our corrugated washout products. Outpak’s PVC washout was designed to accommodate the larger volume of concrete wastewater generated when rinsing multiple mixers or pump trucks.

Outpak Washouts are designed to be a convenient, portable solution for harmful industrial concrete, paint, dry wall mud, stucco, and mortar wet waste. With Outpak Concrete Washouts your job site will be organized, eco-friendly and BMP compliant to avoid costly fines. They are designed for easy transportation and storage with a simple, quick set-up in minutes.

The maximum fine levied by the Environmental Protection Agency is $11,000.00 PER DAY, PER PROJECT. These fines can quickly halt your construction efforts and severely jeopardize your profits. Prepare for enforcement within the city or county you are working in with the use of Outpak Washout products. There is no faster or easier way to manage concrete, and other construction waste washout than with our products.

Outpak Washout products are easy to store and just as easy to deploy.  The Outpak All-Weather Washout is also designed for a quick and easy set-up but can remain for the long-term duration of your project without filling with rain or absorbing groundwater. We carry sizes for both mixer and pump trucks.  Most importantly, Outpak Washout products are easy to dispose of after evaporation and job completion.

Testimonials

We have been working on a very environmental sensitive transmission line job in Rhode Island for over a year. We are drilling and pouring the foundations for the steel poles that are spread out over a 25 mile right of way. We were building our own washout pits with poly and hay bales but this was time consuming with set-up and final clean-up. We heard about Outpak washouts and decided to try them. One man can set up washouts easily and quickly and cleanup costs have been greatly reduced. All of the environmental inspectors have been happy with the results as well. We were concerned that they wouldn’t hold up in wet conditions but have not had a problem with them at all.

I wanted to take a moment and let you know what a great product you have. We are using the 4×6 and the 6×8 size washouts on several of our projects, and it is extremely cost effective to use your product. By the time and the efforts it takes to go build and put a liner in a small pit, you could have several of your washouts setup and ready to use on various locations on the same site. They have been so hassle free to use and dispose of. It really has taken all the stress, time and resources away from having to worry about building and maintaining a proper concrete washout on-site.

Once again, thank you and we do look forward to using your products in the future.

Here in the Puget Sound most of what we build is either on waterfront or a drainage area so we have to be very conscious of our environmental practices. The Outpak washout system has been a welcome solution. In addition to using the Outpak for concrete washout we have introduced them to our masons, painters and drywallers for their clean up needs as well.

We pride ourselves on being organized and meticulous builders not only with our building practices but also with our jobsites. It is a trademark of Olympic Ridge Inc that has brought us much business over the years. The Outpak system helps us accomplish that goal and achieve a high environmental standard.

The Outpak Washout is simple to install, move and dispose of. I appreciate the choice of sizes to accommodate the varied needs of a smaller company. Washington does not yet have regulations regarding washout and it has been poorly handled in the past. Thank you for providing such a convenient solution.

Outpak Washouts have been a wonderful asset to this company. You have a great product that we utilize on our projects daily. The Outpak Washouts are easy to transport with the concrete pumps, and very easy to set up. This product is most definitely a reliable product that Conco Pumping counts on. I see a close business relationship for many years to come. It's been a pleasure doing business with you.

ALL WEATHER WASHOUT (IN STOCK NOW!)

Our new All-Weather Washout is designed to stand up to the toughest of environments while maintaining its portability, ease of setup, and cost effectiveness. It is made from heavy-duty, woven poly propylene that shrugs off the worst of climates but is still light weight and durable. Additional features include 5 to 1 safety rated lifting straps and attached rain fly. Folds flat for easy storage.

It is designed to be a portable, EPA-friendly solution for containment of hazardous construction site washout material such as: concrete sediment, paint, drywall mud, stucco, and mortar. At a job site, the last thing you want to worry about is setting up a complicated washout for equipment and tools. Our All-Weather Washout, like our Corrugated Washout, is simple to deploy but can sit on your job site through the duration of your project and the worst weather you can encounter. Its patent pending folding design allows it to be stored flat in the back of a pickup truck or strapped to the side of a mixer or pump truck.
